Aim

Jannali before and after school care aims to provide quality care outside school hours in a safe, caring and fun environment.

Organisation

Jannali BASC employs 2 coordinators who work together to ensure the overall smooth running of the centre. This includes working within the National Quality Frame work, administration, management, daily requirements, programming an educational program with consideration to My Time Our Place and ongoing development of the centre. The management committee comprises of a subcommittee of the school's P&C. They serve to support the coordinators of the centre.

National Quality Framework (NQF)

The NQF is designed to give children the best possible start in life. It is a national system, designed to provide transparency and accountability by the centres who incorporate it into their centre - See more at: http://www.acecqa.gov.au/national-quality-framework/introducing-the-national-quality-framework

Jannali BASC incorporate the ethos of the NQF, that the early years are critical for establishing self-esteem, resilience, healthy growth and a capacity to learn and we aim to promote this through our daily program and the fact that we have a high ratio of staff to children. Jannali BASC encourage family and community involvement and are open to suggestions.
